This 13-story residential condominium buiding at 130 West 20th Street was completed in 2008 and was designed by H. Thomas O'Hara.

It has 36 apartments and the developer was EG West 20th, LLC of Fordham Park, N.J., of which Albert A. Fratoni Jr. is a a managing director.

Marketing has begun for Prima, a 13-story residential condominium building at 130 West 20th Street in Chelsea.

The building has a 24-hour doorman, a lounge and media room, a rear "tranquility" garden, climate-controlled personal storage closets for each unit, and some terraces. Kitchens have Sub-Zero and Miele appliances, GeD Cucine cabinetry and Calacatta Oro Italian gold-veined marble countertops. Baths have Wenge wood cabinetry.

The building has an entrance marquee and three setbacks.

It is convenient to the Flatiron and Ladies' Mile districts and many restaurants.
