This 15-story building at 325 Riverside Drive on the southeast corner at 105th Street was built in 1928 and has 123 apartments.

It was converted to a co-operative in 1980 and has 123 apartments.

It was designed by Leo F. Kunst for A. C. and H.M. Hall.

This attractive, pre-war apartment building has a doorman and many small apartments.

The beige-brick building has a light-well in the center of its fašade on Riverside Drive.

It has a two-story limestone surround with a canopy on the side-street with a two-step-up entrance with a curved top window on the second floor.
